Warranty and Guarantee
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Bachmobile German Auto Service warrants the parts we supply and the labor we perform for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of the repair. If a part we installed fails within that period, or if a repair we performed does not hold, bring the vehicle back and we will make it right at no charge for the covered parts and labor.
What Is Covered
- Parts supplied and installed by Bachmobile that fail within the coverage period
- Labor performed by Bachmobile on the covered repair
- Diagnostic time needed to confirm that a covered repair is the cause of the problem
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear items consumed in service, including brake pads and rotors, wiper blades, filters, fluids, belts, tires, and clutch friction material
- Parts you supplied yourself. We will install customer supplied parts on request, but we cannot warrant a part we did not source, and labor on a customer supplied part that fails is not covered
- Damage from an accident, collision, flood, fire, theft, vandalism, or road debris
- Damage from continuing to drive the vehicle after a fault appeared, where continued operation made the damage worse
- Damage from misuse, racing or competition use, off road use, towing beyond the vehicle's rating, or modification
- Failures caused by neglected maintenance, including running the vehicle low on oil or coolant
- Work performed on the same system by another shop after our repair
- Consequential costs such as towing, rental vehicles, lost wages, or lost time, unless required by law
What Voids Coverage
Coverage on a specific repair ends if another shop works on that system, if the part is tampered with or removed, if the vehicle is modified in a way that affects the repaired system, or if the vehicle's recommended maintenance is not kept up.
How To Make A Claim
Call the shop at (346) 372-2060 and describe what the vehicle is doing. Bring the vehicle in with your original invoice, which is your proof of the repair date and mileage. We will inspect it, determine whether the failure falls under this warranty, and tell you either way before doing any work.
This warranty applies to the vehicle and to the customer named on the original invoice. It is not transferable to a subsequent owner.
Manufacturer Part Warranties
Some parts carry their own manufacturer warranty that runs longer than ours. Where that applies, we will help you pursue it, though the manufacturer's terms govern what they will cover and labor may not be included.
Independent Shop Disclosure
Bachmobile German Auto Service is an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, or any dealership. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, having routine maintenance or repairs performed by an independent shop does not by itself void your vehicle's factory warranty.
Liability Disclaimer
This warranty is the complete warranty we offer and it replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent Texas law allows. Our liability under it is limited to repairing or replacing the covered part and redoing the covered labor. Some rights cannot be waived under Texas law, and nothing here limits those.
