So glad I tracked Matt down after leaving Elite Bimers & Benz. Come to find out he started his own mechanics shop. It is rare to find someone in this business that is honest and informative and expert at proper diagnosis. I took my Mercedes in because the A/C was not working properly. I originally called Elite prior to tracking Matt down. The only advice they gave me over the phone was to take it to the dealership b/c it sounds like a software update. It felt like they didn't want the business. Thank goodness I didn't take Elite's advice. That could have cost me over $800 in exploratory and repair costs with Mercedes. Matt diagnosed my A/C problem based on my description over the phone. Needed a charge of freon. The fix cost me $100.00 with Matt. Thank you Matt! I will keep coming back to Bachmobile for all service to my car.

Bachmobile German Auto Service holds a 5.0 star rating from 23 Google reviews. The same three things come up again and again in them: the diagnosis is right the first time, the price is lower than the dealership, and nobody tries to sell you anything you did not come in for.
For anyone in the Houston area, it's absolutely worth the drive to Bachmobile. I've had various poor repair experiences with Audi dealerships and independent shops over the years. I'm assuming a significant portion of us have with their respective German vehicles. Case in point was my highly inflated $8k engine repair bill from the dealership where I purchased my Q7 from. Only in retrospect did I find out about that severe overcharge. Given my prior experiences, I'm feel I am more jaded than the average German auto repair customer. But, I cannot say enough about Matt. In my case, he accurately diagnosed the probable issue before running diagnostics. And the repair itself did not contain any add-ons or gotcha's that dealerships are notorious for. Hugely recommended.
I highly recommend going to see Matt for ALL your auto needs. His work is HONEST, FAIR, and DONE ON TIME. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. There is a waiting room complete with TV, snacks and a place to work on your laptop, if needed. He and his guys will always get 100% my business.
I'm so glad I found Matt I've been goin to him for 10 years and so happy he has his own place he is so honest and makes sure to take care of your vehicle the right way he doesn't cut corners he actually takes pride in his work and I would highly recommend

Matt did a great job on my shock absorber replacement and was much cheaper than the dealership. He also made right a previously repaired item. I'm glad I found his new shop, it is worth the drive for quality economical services!
