Matt has been working on German vehicles for more than fifteen years and opened Bachmobile as his own shop in Tomball, Texas. Before that he built a following servicing German and luxury vehicles at other shops, and a large part of that following simply came with him. Customers in his reviews describe tracking him down after he left, and driving from Richmond, Cypress, and across Houston rather than switch to somebody closer.
That is the whole story of this business, and it is worth saying plainly. Bachmobile did not open and then go looking for customers. The customers went looking for Matt.
